Paid tiers do not exist yet. When they do, nothing an artist needs moves behind them — claiming, correcting and holding a record are free and stay free. Revenue comes from the people searching across the field, never from the people the field is about.
What we do with what you give us
Your email signs you in and lets us reach you about your own account — a claim approved, a correction made. Those are not optional. News and anything resembling marketing is a separate box, off by default.
Your first name is the only other thing asked for, because an artist looking at who follows their work deserves a person rather than an address.
Everything else is asked after you are in, where you can skip it. Where you are from is optional and separately consented to — untick it later and the data is deleted, not hidden. The database does that on the way through, not as a favour.
We do not sell or rent your data.
